Araucaria Precinct

The 34 Araucaria Homes are located amongst the “tree tops” on the most elevated area of the site, enabling them to capture the spectacular sweeping views of either the hinterland or ocean – in some cases both.

Home designs are spacious, between 260sqm and 330sqm, and cover either two or three levels with two outdoor decks enabling residents to be at one with the picturesque bushland surrounds. The 3 level designs have optional lifts incorporated.

All come equipped with quality fixtures and fittings such as natural gas, Miele appliances, reconstituted stone and marble benches, intercom, ducted air conditioning, back to base alarm system, Blackbutt timber flooring, Crimsafe screens and a 10,000 litre dual-reticulation water tank.
